Well...would like to know the opinions of both guys/gals here!!!

I understand the old tradition of girls leaving their mom's place is as tough as guys leaving his after marriage while extended families ratio is on the decline..!!

we can blame that partly on society and norms but what according to you is the best and more suited way for mutual agreement in this case?? is it for both of them to leave and settle somewhere else??
